Our robust change management program helps guide your employee through all of the changes that are occurring, and ensures that they are acclimated to the new building the first day that it opens. We work with your team to plan, publicize, and facilitate a variety of employee support tools:

  • Town hall sessions
  • Ergonomics and facility change training
  • Discussions about the emotional impact of change
  • User guides

Depending on your preference, our sessions can be computer-based or face-to-face. We’ll even help you develop an internal communications calendar so that your employees will never feel out in the dark.

We continue to support your employees at the time that is perhaps the most critical: post-move.  Our team co-locates with you to function as a centralized transition support center.  Computer issues? We’ll make sure it gets fixed. Need something for your work space? We’ll handle that, too.  With the goal of making your facility run smoothly, no request is too small for us to manage.
